The Process
View available homes on our listings page. Submit an online application — every applicant is evaluated using the same written screening criteria, consistently and fairly.
We verify income, rental history, and credit. You'll receive a written decision. If conditions apply, we'll communicate them clearly before move-in.
We complete a documented move-in inspection with you and walk through utility responsibilities, payment expectations, and how to reach us. No surprises.
Submit maintenance requests online or by text. We track every request, dispatch vetted vendors, and follow up to confirm completion.
What We Offer
Every unit undergoes inspection before listing and is managed to written maintenance standards. We document before-and-after photos on every repair.
We follow written Fair Housing compliant criteria for every applicant — no exceptions, no guesswork.
We work with Housing Choice Voucher holders and maintain proper HAP documentation and subsidy tracking throughout the tenancy.
Maintenance requests are triaged by urgency. Emergencies are escalated and dispatched immediately. Non-emergency repairs are tracked with work orders and target completion dates.
We use text messaging to keep residents informed — maintenance updates, rent reminders, and important notices. You can always opt out.
